MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of a General Education Development (GED) Testing Program; business or technical training preferred. Must possess general office and organizational skills; computer literacy; typing skills; strong customer service skills.

GOAL: To assist in establishing and maintaining smooth and efficient general office procedures, filing and recordkeeping systems, and written and oral communications for the office.

This position is a temporary assignment; payment based on hours worked, and as work is available, with no eligibility or seniority for employee benefits.  All employees are eligible to participate in the CCSD 403(b) or 457(b) retirement savings account.
