MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree in Reading, Language Arts or Education required. Ten years’ experience in 6-12 education required. Teacher leader and/or administrative experience preferred. Successful experience teaching literacy in 6-12 curriculum required.

 

GOAL

Responsible for assisting the Coordinator in the developing, planning, managing, supporting, organizing, and implementing the literacy programs within the schools. The incumbent in this position assists with the overall administration and coordination of the Literacy programs in support of effective instructional practices, professional development, and communication of the overall literacy program.
